If you wanted someone to know you really cared, what would you do for them?

you’d do the best and most thoughtful work possible.

Construction projects, and custom home building especially, result in a relationship. It’s a natural byproduct of spending so much time together on so much work. We know that chaos breeds faulty relationships, so we have built out processes through our commercial construction experience to minimize that tension. We don’t make issues, we solve them, that’s our job. That’s how we ensure an experience that leaves us all feeling like best friends.

Building a high-end custom home should be fun and exciting.

Commercial Backbone
in Custom Homebuilding

We use a Hyper-relational, Joy-filled approach

No process is worth anything, without an emphasis on relating well to people. That said, what makes us able to focus on the relationship is the process we’ve refined on Commercial Projects.

  • Tight Schedules

    • We have been forced to produce reasonable timelines, treat them seriously and get doors opened in very short periods of time.

  • Budget Awareness

    • We have to account for everything in our work, we know how to be upfront and how to engineer around obstacles that, for some, become cost-prohibitive.

  • Ingrained Professionalism

    • We anticipate communication and it’s our job to be constantly updating and informing.

    • Our subcontractors like us, and they know what an Optimum job site is supposed to be like. We work with excellent subs who reflect our values and attitudes.

    • We keep the project chaos minimal, in commercial construction we are not allowed to be sloppy.

    • Well-managed projects don’t feel “hectic” to those involved. They are orderly and intentional.

  • Materials & Supplier Access

    • As a commercial builder, we just get better treatment from vendors and suppliers. It has to do with our volume and the habits of relating we’ve formed with them over the years.
